DISCOVER A NEW WAY OF THINKING ABOUT LOWER BACK PAIN & POSTURE

Hi there,

My name is Dr Fleur Castlereagh and I have been a Chiropractor and Sports Trainer for the past 15 years. I also teach Pilates- specialising in reducing lower back pain and pregnancy. Previously I was an athlete specialising in track and field and through suffering a serious back injury I began my journey to researching and helping people who suffer from lower back pain.

I have put this website together to give you some advice on how to look after your back so that you can live a healthy and active life. There are some great informative videos on here, back care information and a blog below with heaps of interesting topics.
